2016 Goodfellow Pinot Gris, Clover, Oregon $22

If you’re getting a little bored with Chardonnay, you have many options that can take its place. I’m particularly fond of the Goodfellow Pinot Gris from Oregon as its treated like a Chardonnay so the flavors won’t be too far from what you’re looking for yet there’s enough contrast to shake it up a bit. Fermented in older French Oak barrels for some added depth and richness, notes of honey, ripe pears and yellow apples. Sometimes a little bit of change will do us a lot of good!
