Restaurants in Chicago are temporarily closed for inside dining but that doesn’t mean we can’t bring our hospitality to you. I’m here to serve as your virtual sommelier by offering the following wine pairing recommendations for popular takeout options. I listed varietals, rather than specific winery names, so you can buy what is available at your local wine shop or grocery store. Some restaurants are offering wine bottles to-go, saving you a trip to the store. Can’t find the cuisine you’re looking for or want to know what to order with a wine you already have?
