AMT Hospitality is a Chicago-based general construction firm led by Partners Matt Fisher and Alpana Singh. We provide design support, preliminary budgeting, resource and logistics planning, project scheduling, and supervision for restaurant and other commercial construction projects. In addition, AMT Hospitality is a full-service restaurant consulting group providing expertise on all aspects of running and operating a restaurant.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION: We help you establish your budget, project parameters and establish a full building schedule. We work with designers, architects, our subcontractors and the project team to ensure the design is in line with your budget. We help in securing all necessary permits, ordering project materials and ensuring on-site safety.
CONSTRUCTION: Our construction services include project administration and supervision, subcontractor qualification and selection, cost control, restaurant equipment sizing and selection, scheduling, quality control and safety.
